We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to read and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a short record of the conversation in case you contact us again.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR — specifically, our interest in responding to people who get in touch about working with us. Where your enquiry leads to a working relationship, ongoing processing moves to the contract basis under Article 6(1)(b).

We do not share contact-form submissions with anyone outside PWR. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your details for marketing without your consent.

We keep contact-form submissions for up to 2 years from the date of your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. We may keep records longer if we need to do so to comply with a legal obligation or to defend a legal claim.
